Huawei Ideos X6 and X5 New Android 2.2 Smartphones

altHuawei, a Chinese mobile manufacturer announced the new Ideos X6 and X5 wihch run under run Android 2.2 Froyo. Huawei already early September they announced the IDEOS, a 2.8 inch low end Android phone but the X6 and X5 are not low-end devices and still promise to affordable prices.

Huawei is now ready to complete the transition with two devices that aren't aimed at being low-end or entry-level smartphone at all.

The X6 featured 4.1 inch 800 x 480 pixel resolution screen, Qualcomm MSM 8255 Snapdragon 1 GHz processor

Motorola Quench XT3 Android 1.6 for Rs. 12,500 in India

altMotorola has announced Quench XT3, an affordable Android handset in the Indian market. This phone will cost Rs. 12,500 and will be available soon. It's a touchscreen phone featuring Android based OS and MOTOBLUR UI with Live Widgets.

It comes with Android 1.6 but that's upgradable to Android 2.1. Its has 3.2 inch wide display, 320 x 480 resolution, 3 MP camera, LED flashlight, supports EDGE, GPRS, Wi-fi, Bluetooth version 2.0 and 3G with HSDPA of 7.2 Mbps.
